Happy Mother's Day! So glad my mom wssn't big on dressing alike. I only remember one outfit all three of us had that matched--it was a Nero pantsuit that had a Chinese look to it.

Mother-daughter dresses would have never happened at my parents' house... mainly because all my mother ever seemed to wear when I was growing up was polyester pant suits. Thank god she didn't make me wear those. Perhaps I should be grateful for small things, LOL!

Children do shape their mothers, don't they. You start out a selfish, self-centered sort of person and just shed that stuff in learning to care for your children. I loved the mother/child photos.
