Forget the sink being too small...I LOVE it. It looks so nice. Oh how I'd love to change up all my faucets...hmmm, decisions, decisions. But first I want the painting and floors to be finished. :)
Hahah. What is it with cats and sinks? Ours love to sit in the bathtub. Whenever we go in the bathroom to brush our teeth or, anything at all really, they hop in the tub right away, sit there, and stare up at us. Weirdos.
About the Tomato Basil Jam, it has a million possibilities. We love it on burgers as a condiment. Great on other grilled meats too. Perfect on a cracker or toast either plain or with some soft goat cheese or cream cheese. I can't wait to make some small cocktail sausages or meatballs and use it as the sauce! It is a great balance of sweet and savory with that fresh summery taste of basil.
Duni--I think he likes the small one, actually. He's a weirdo.
Vanilla--Yeah, he'll bite you if you do!!
Melodie--Yeah, what is with that??!
Diana--He's a knucklehead, Dori!!
Sherri--I like doing stuff around the house, don't you? Oh, if only I had more money to do it with!
Betty--Hee! Hee!
Chuck--We have a laundry tub and he goes to sit in that one too. I think he likes sinks for some reason.
Mary Ann--Yeah, he's all "What???"
Pricilla--Hobbes likes sinks for some reason. Isn't that funny what cats do?
Grace--That is the BEST comment EVER!! :P
Lynne--I swear they just want to see if they fit.
Nancy--Hobbes does that--he goes in the tub behind the shower curtain. THen I have to say "Where's the kitty?" and I hear this little "mew". He rats himself out every time.
Daisy--Yeah, except he's ORANGE. And 17 POUNDS!! Hahaha!
Ann--For a bigger sink! Grace's comment is hilarious, isn't it?
Stephanie--Oh my gosh--it sounds WONDERFUL!
Beaded Tail--Isn't Grace a hoot??! I couldn't believe how that cat filled out that sink. And why did he insist on going in there?
Karen--I dunno. He's a knucklehead. But he makes me laugh!
I'm telling you there is something special about orange tabbies. I had one who liked to curl-up in my bathroom sink. Hobbes looks just like my sweet Baby. (Excuse me while I go grab a tissue.)
I just think life is more fun if we notice the little stuff and laugh...a LOT. I'm lucky to live with a family who humors me, joins in the fun and tolerates me most days.
I have a wee house and yard, but it is loaded with adventures. There isn't a backyard pond owner out there who has more stories about her frogs, snails, fish than me. And I don't even make this stuff up!
I'm glad you are here to laugh with me. Welcome, pallies!

I totally agree with Hobbes - get a bigger sink! haha
;-)
purrs,
Sammy =^.^=
So long as he's comfortable-- and no one needs to wash hands.
Maybe he is trying to make some kind of point ...that only cats understand!
Dori said he's cute!

What cat? I don't see a cat.
Hey Hobbesy, come over to my house and play. I've got a bigger sink--in the kitchen. Lin, you need one of those sinks like janitors have.
Hobbes is such a cutie. I love the look on his face:)
If he is happy.....Sherpa likes the tub
Love the sink and the vanity and the hardware - but perhaps you might want a smaller drain stopper???
That is so funny! I've always wondered why cats are attracted so sinks, they seem to be so comfortable when they are snuggled up in them!

Camouflage: you're doing it...almost.. right.
Looks like you need to make a trip to Home Depot :)
OK, I just read Grace's comment and now I'm ROFL
Aww Hobbes!! The sink shrunk!!

Clearly the sink manufacturers got the size of that sink way wrong. They should all be Hobbes sized!
Grace's comment is so funny!
Hobbs is so cute--he must like the cozy feeling.

Jean--Aw, Jean. It's Hobbes' job to remind you of your sweet guy. Once you go orange stripey, you are in love forever.
He does look cute!! Perhaps he's asking for a bath, no?!!
Haha ~ oh sweet Hobbes ~ I love you!
xo Catherine
Maybe he's just anti-handwashing for the humans.
Oh, he's just so cute and silly!
Doesn't he know that cats ain't sposed to like water? Silly Hobbes.
And, I wish my bathroom was that clean. Sigh.
